Delete your account
This page explains how to permanently remove your TrendPlay account and personal data. You can delete it yourself from inside the app, or request deletion by email if you can no longer sign in.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, username, avatar, banner, and bio
- Videos you uploaded and any verification submissions
- Your comments, likes, follows, and notifications
- Linked accounts (YouTube/Google) and stored access tokens
- Your authentication record (email/password & linked providers)
What does NOT get deleted
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics that do not identify you
- Reports submitted against your content (retained for compliance, with your account reference removed)
Deletion is processed immediately for in-app requests, and within 30 days for email requests. See our Privacy Policy.
How to request deletion
Option 1 — In the app: sign in, then return to this page and confirm deletion. Your data is erased right away.
Option 2 — By email: if you cannot sign in, email us from the address linked to your account and we will delete it within 30 days.
