Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TrendPlay, an independent video discovery and creator platform. By using the service or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. TrendPlay presents video information and embeds publicly available YouTube videos using the official player; we do not host, copy, or re-upload video files.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use TrendPlay, or older if the minimum age required by your local law is higher. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account and the links and content you submit.

2. Accounts and verification

• Regular accounts can browse, follow creators, and submit eligible video links.
• Verified creator accounts may receive a verification badge after a review of channel ownership. Verification does not transfer copyright or imply endorsement of content.

3. Your submissions and conduct

Only submit videos you own or have permission to share through embedding. You retain ownership of your own content; submitting a link gives TrendPlay permission to display the link, accompanying metadata, and your profile information within the service. Do not impersonate people or channels, misrepresent ownership, infringe intellectual property, post unlawful or harmful material, spam, manipulate engagement, or interfere with the service. We may remove submissions and restrict accounts that violate these rules.

4. Copyright and reports

Video ownership and hosting remain with their respective owners and YouTube. To report a suspected copyright violation, impersonation, or other misuse, use the report option on the relevant video or profile, or contact us with the affected URL, details of your concern, and evidence of your rights where relevant. We review reports and may remove access to reported material while investigating. Knowingly false or abusive reports may lead to account action.

5. External services and advertising

Playback uses the official YouTube embedded player, and public video information may come from the YouTube Data API. YouTube controls video availability, playback, and its own advertising. Your use of YouTube is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. TrendPlay may display clearly identified advertising or promotional placements elsewhere in the service. External websites have their own policies; we are not responsible for their content or operation.

6. Availability and termination

Features may change or become unavailable, including when a video owner disables embedding or an external service changes its access. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, infringement, impersonation, or other harm to the community. You may request deletion of your own account through our account deletion page.

7. Disclaimer

TrendPlay is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, the accuracy of third-party video information, or the availability of any particular video. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses arising from third-party content or service interruptions. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Changes and contact

9. No affiliation with YouTube or Google

TrendPlay is an independent application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to YouTube, Google LLC, or any of their subsidiaries. "YouTube" and the YouTube logo are trademarks of Google LLC. All videos are played through the official YouTube embedded player and remain hosted on YouTube; we do not host, download, or re-upload any video content.
